Erin Anderson began her dance training locally at the age of two. She was a trainee with Florida Dance Theatre's company for three years, after which she danced as a professional company member for two years. During the next two seasons, she danced professionally with Brandon Ballet under the directorship of Octavio Martin. Erin has attended summer intensives at Orlando Ballet School and at Patel Conservatory's Next Generation Ballet as a full scholarship student under Peter Stark. Her choreography piece was chosen to be in the NGB summer showcase, and she was chosen to perform a duet role from Raymonda in Summer Fantasy. Erin has performed in many roles such as the Nutcracker's Clara, Lead Spanish, Lead Chinese, Lead Arabian, Dew Drop Fairy, Snow Queen, and Sugar Plum Fairy, Firebird's Princess Tsarevna, the Fairy Godmother in Cinderella, and Giselle. She has performed portions of La Bayadere and Les Patineurs, and in many contemporary ballet and modern solos and pas de deux. Erin has been teaching ballet, contemporary, and tap for fourteen years. She enjoys all aspects of dance: teaching, choreographing, and performing.
Teri Gavinbegan dancing at age five. She studied at Academy of Dance Arts and performed with City Center Ballet in Largo, FL. While there, she attended South Eastern Regional Ballet's Association's summer festivals and performed in many different roles including Sugar Plum Fairy. She was offered a full summer scholarship from Robert Joffrey in New York. She later trained with The Tampa Ballet under Martin Fredman and Haydee Guiterrez and performed in ballets such as Giselle, Romeo and Juliet, Firebird, and Sleeping Beauty. She also spent a year dancing with Busch Gardens, Tampa. Teri has been teaching ballet for eighteen years. She is the mother of two daughters, Erin and Alison Gavin. She loves teaching with her family at their own studio.
Our students have been accepted into classical ballet intensive programs at Ellison Ballet, Next Generation Ballet, Orlando Ballet, Sarasota Cuban Ballet, Joffrey Ballet, Ballet Magnificat!, and America's Ballet School.
